DBCO-SS-NHS ester is a cleavable linker bearing a clickable DBCO moiety and carboxylic acid as functional group for crosslinking. It could be used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates. Amine reactive succinimidyl ester (NHS) functionalized cyclooctyne derivative(DBCO) for incorporation of the cyclooctyne moiety into amine containing compounds or biomolecules. DBCO will react with azide functionalized compounds or biomolecules without the need for a Cu(I) catalyst to result in a stable triazole linkage.
