DBCO-SS-PEG4-Biotin can introduce a biotin group to alkyne-containing biomolecules through copper-free Click Chemistry. The linker contains a cleavable disulfide bond, allowing for the removal of the biotin label using reducing agents like DTT, BME, and TCEP. PEG linker can improve the solubility and the availablity of the molecules.
